10:10 am wow_ladies [colorofstars] [Link]	Warlock and the Emblem of Frost I have been trying to figure this out for days, please help me ladies! I raid in a 10 man guild, and I'm trying to decide what things/priority I should be buying my frost emblem stuff. I've tried researching on website but most talk about BIS and stuff which is almost always going to be 25 man stuff. We have started to do the weekly raid on Sundays in 25 man, combining our 2 10 man teams for a night and supplementing with alternates/people from our casual parent guild but I don't count on any 25 lvl gear. Here is my armory http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Kirin+Tor&n=Ode The cape is a nice upgrade, but the 4pc t10 bonus looks so good I worry that I would regret not going for tier gear first. I don't really need the trinket because I'm over 16% hit with my gear as it is (we raid with 2 goats but no shadow priest or moonkin). Although if I swap to robe I probably will need a hit trinket, and I would have to pick up the t9 hat then to keep my bonus and while I know spirit isn't a primary stat losing 88 of it is a decent blow to spellpower. 10:11 am wow_ladies [jdkenada] [Link]	Death And Redemption I've been doing a fair bit of farming as of late. I've found even if I can't find Titanium to prospect, Saronite sells for enough that I can buy Titanium Ore and do it. Anyway, been booting around Sholazar and had to make a u-turn for a node the other night. I dropped down, and even before Silver Dragon picked it up...I spotted Loque. My wife has a Hunter, and I asked if she wanted it. Not right then, so...I killed her (the cat, not my wife) for the achievement. I did feel a bit bad because I know how bad Hunters want her for their pet. Imagine my surprise when last night I was in the same area, and saw her again! This time I asked if there were any Hunters around and when one replied, I grouped with him so he could come and tame her. He was ECSTATIC. 06:35 am wow_ladies [rinewen] [Link]	Loot bags? What are these loot bags you all keep talking about?! I've never gotten one. On any of my characters. I've used the new dungeon finder a ton on my pally and a bit on my shaman. Hell, I've even tried tanking on my teeny tiny warrior. I keep reading about these loot bags and I've never even seen such a thing. Why do people get them? Is it completely random or something? I'm sad now cuz I want extra shinies! :( Edited: Ok, I've got it now. Thanks, Ladies! You've been very helpful (as usual) and I appreciate it muchly :D. I'll have to run randoms tonight after work. 02:03 am wow_ladies [grinningrobot] [Link]	Putricide Get! + ICC As far as I know no one on our server has completed 25man Plagueworks, but we were second to kill Putricide in 10man! 3/10 attempts left lol. @_@ ( Moar of Putricide's room + ICC Plagueworks screenshots ) I really like the ICC fights so far. I've had her speced Ret the entire time I've had her, but I've been kinda haphazardly going through gear for her. Frankly, I'm not too sure what kind of stats you need for a Ret Pally vs a Prot Pally (which she is duel speced for.) I'm just so used to doing gear for my healer priest, I have no real idea where to start. So, what stats should I focus on for Ret spec? And what stats should I focus on for Prot spec? 06:06 pm wow_ladies [aphrodite33] [Link]	Faction Change Not so long ago after the faction change came out I switched my Blood Elf DK to a Draenei DK. Well after that switch I never felt a connection to my DK. So I went and concentrated on my Pally and leveled her to 80; while I am proud to have my second 80, my DK is calling me to re-change her to back to a Blood Elf. Thing is I really hate playing my DK all together. So have any of you faction changed your toon only to regret it later? Also want to thank you ladies for correcting me and not making me feel stupid about it. I kept saying fraction change not faction change at first. Side Rant: I have met a lot of nice people on Alliance side, but I have noticed a fair number of trade chat players who are immature and just down right rude, I've noticed this on any server I go to. What is so wrong with respecting people and treat others how you want to be treated. I guess I just don't get it. Current Mood: annoyed (33 comments \| Leave a comment)
07:02 pm wow_ladies [goddessofstars] [Link]	Graphic issues I come to you again dear wow ladies. I've been having a problem with WoW mainly. I assume if I really played any other PC game it would also be glitching. The other day I was in a raid group waiting for it to fill for ICC 10-man. Sitting in one of the inns in Dalaran and I go to turn, WoW freezes. And then maybe 15-30 seconds later, my computer suddenly restarts. I've never really had this problem, with the restarting. I have had WoW freeze in what I am fairly sure is a graphical conflict. In fact it did it yesterday while not really doing anything again. WoW froze after probably 5 minutes of being logged in. It's definitely done this before. Back before I lowered my resolution, when I would get summoned somewhere (ex: Onyxia's Lair) it would freeze on the loading screen.... BUT.. I could still hear everything going on around me. So I know that, at least, was purely graphic. My video card is.. well I'm not fond of it. It's an ATI Radeon Xpress 200. I recently bought a GeForce 9500 GT... only to realize that my power supply can't handle it. So I haven't installed it yet. Also haven't ordered the power supply (having this video card here and not being able to use it is killing me). I probably also need to upgrade RAM but because DDR it won't be as cheap as it could be. Boo. ANYWAY. Does ANYONE.. possibly hopefully know what could be causing these issues? :/ I have all of my settings turned down except for one.. so I can see spells that affect the ground around you. And even that is only up half way. Resolution is lowered, which did help a little originally. But I can't stand this random freezing and not to mention the shutting down and restarting on its own. A friend said 'sounds like a hardware conflict' but he didn't decide to elaborate on that. I have one friend whose computer would shut down because his video card would overheat. I suppose it COULD be that.. maybe. But my current graphics card is also integrated. I have an eMachine pc and their damn graphics cards are always integrated.. so fully replacing it isn't an option. 10:05 pm wow_ladies [antler_girl] [Link]	Woes about available character-slots, or Would you delete a high level char? Right, I'll start a bit with some background info first. I started playing on an Rp-pvp server. I'm a severe althoholic and only played alliance. No more char-slots left on that server. The husband and his friends started playing on a different server (RP). I decided to go Horde there and again: all slots became taken. However, playing horde by yourself has proven to be quite boring. I then deleted some low level horde chars and made some alliance toons. I was having a blast being able to play with my hubbie and his friends. And now the problem: my altholic tendencies have stirred again, but I can't create any more characters, since those slots are taken by: level 60 hunter, level 58 dk, level 69 druid, level 80 paladin and a level 56 mage, all horde. I don't mind levelling, I really enjoy it and I'm too cheap to transfer characters. I already know that I won't be deleting the mage and the paladin. I have a level 71 alliance druid and I would love to make a female dwarf hunter. The dk is my bankalt for the hordie chars. Should I delete some and give into altoholic syndrom? Or should I just stick wit what I got. I don't really play any of my horde chars anymore, except the mage (who has some background to her and I love her) and the 80 paladin..... aaargh I'm so confused by myself :/ Anyone been in a situation like this? And plz blizz, wtb more character slots. - edit - I deleted the dk :). I was wondering if I should delete the druid, since i really have no intention of playing her (even if she looks cute ;) ). 09:02 pm wow_ladies [nixchan] [Link]	Halp! I use Bartender to move my action bars around and recently something strange and hugely annoying is going on. When I log onto any of my characters the graphic on the icons representing abilities/spells/everything have either gone entirely or have been replaced with a random graphic (my Death and Decay was Mr.Chilly the other day :S ) or a mix of the both. Anyone else found this and/or have any ideas on how to fix it as I feel as if I am playing blind - which I pretty much am I guess... I've added a screen shot just in case you don't get what I mean, or just want to laugh at the unfortunate... fyi it is a leetle beeg... 09:36 pm wow_ladies [udoon] [Link]	another mage gear question I recently posted about help with my mage, but now I'm asking again since I got some new questions and zomgnewtrinketyay. she has got 2 pieces of tier 8(hat and chest) and 2 pieces of tier 9 ( leggings and gloves) I recently got the ony25 hat, and she's already wearing the mantle of catastrophic emanation, so is there any point in trying to get the rest of tier9? I can only get the 232ilvl things and not sure how smart it would be to switch out my 245ilvl shoulders, and not sure if I should use the ony25 hat or the tier one if I do get it. I also managed to get eye of the broodmother, and she's currently using abyssal rune and embrace of the spider, should I be switching either of them out for the eye or...? 01:37 am wow_ladies [arylkin] [Link]	balance druid switching to feral dps- help! I haven't been playing my druid much since I've been playing with my priest. I've been looking for something different though, so I thought I'd redo her balance spec to feral for kitty dps. My druid was resto/balance, and I've never really done mele (always spellcasting with any toon). Since she's 80 it's like I'm starting from scratch. She has no gear- I've starting running some stuff as resto and asking to roll on kitty things, and I've bought some reputation gear, but I'm not really worried about gearing up. What I am kind of at a loss of is how to play her. Since I'm thrown into it at 80 and never really played feral except for a few levels when I first got cat form, I'm wondering if anyone has any advice for a total kitty (and mele) noob. I've been looking online for different dps rotation guides to give me an idea of what abilities are best, but haven't had a ton of luck in finding things.
